This intensive two-semester (8 months) program in Office Systems Technology leads to an Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC). It is ideal for individuals who wish to re-orient their careers, re-enter the job market or simply learn new skills.

You will be trained to be proficient in the following areas:

- Latest business software programs
(word processing, electronic spreadsheets, and others)

- Desktop publishing & image editing software

- Page layout techniques

- English & French (oral/written)

- Time management

Your tasks will be to :

- Design and produce…

  • Business documents (letters, memorandums, reports)
  • Company newsletters, product brochures & flyers, annual reports
  • Forms (printed and computerized)
  • Electronic slide shows and interactive presentations

- Write and process business documents in English and French

- Organize and manage office work

- Act as a resource person and provide technical support.
