General Information

This intensive two-semester (8 months) program in Office Systems Technology leads to an Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC). It is ideal for individuals who wish to reorient their careers, re-enter the job market or simply learn new skills.

Program Objectives:

To train individuals so as to render them proficient in office automation techniques, legal procedures and business writing so that they might fulfill the duties of an administrative assistant within the legal field


You will be trained to be proficient in the following areas:

  • Latest business software programs (word processing, electronic spreadsheets, and others)
  • Page layout techniques
  • English & French (oral/written)
  • Time management
